We want you to love your Portrait Moods experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

✅ Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
✅ Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
✅ Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection.
🚫 Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn jewelry.
📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
